Your responsibilities will include: Performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and carpentry work Assisting in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and system issues Conducting preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety Collaborating with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Upholding safety protocols and ensuring a clean and organised work environment Who you are: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance and repair work (apprenticeship or previous job experience) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
