What you'll do
You will be responsible for managing the Coworth Park pastry kitchen, including training, developing, recruiting talent, collaborating with senior chefs, and liaising with local suppliers for seasonal ingredients to ensure the best guest experience. You will also handle special guest requests involving dietary needs, bespoke products, and special occasions.
Specific responsibilities will be provided to you, tailored to our hotel’s standards.
