Contract Business Change Analyst – LIMS
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Analyst to support a LIMS implementation and transformation programme.
Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current and future-state laboratory processes, supporting stakeholder engagement, facilitating workshops, and driving user adoption across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience delivering LIMS projects
* Strong business analysis and change management skills
* Experience working with laboratory, quality, or scientific stakeholders
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Knowledge of regulated environments (GxP, ISO, GMP) is desirable
