Care Respect Listen Do the right thing About the role The role of Gas Servicing & Breakdown Engineer is a multi-faceted reactive role, responsible for providing a full gas servicing & heating breakdown service to tenants homes located throughout the City. This will also include carrying out inspections and correcting faults. You will undertake domestic landlord gas safety checks and servicing and ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed. This will be carried out whilst providing great customer service. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who: Holds the following qualifications CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1 or qualifications at an equivalent level Has proven experience within a similar role allowing you to utilise the above qualifications Has some experience of using electronic devices on a day to day basis would be desirable Can show a proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service Has values in providing great customer care Can drive a company van one will be provided for business use only, therefore a full, current driving licence is essential Has extensive knowledge of Health & Safety measures, in addition to the requirements for complying with all Gas industry regulations About Plymouth Community Homes We are the city s largest social housing association, with over 16,000 properties providing homes for more than 35,000 people, and we re aiming to grow, to provide more people with high-quality, affordable homes to rent and buy.
