Total hours per week: 37 Expected duration 18 Months Possible start date 06 May 2024 Date posted 16 Apr 2024 Apprenticeship level Advanced Level 3 (A level) Reference number VAC1000244782 Positions 1 available What you will do in your working day As well as the Business Administration course, in-house training will be provided by NRG Focus Ltd on a range of administration duties which include but are not limited to: Responding to emails and phone calls Use various Office 365 software to produce high quality reports for clients Maintain department databases and spreadsheets Booking client jobs into diary Planning workloads Preparation of documentation and materials for the Consultants Raising invoices via Quickbooks Liaising with clients who have outstanding invoices Perform general office duties e.g. filing / photocopying / printing Provide support services to the Consultants e.g. extracting information from energy bills to spreadsheets, internet searches for projects The training you will be getting You will be studying is Business Administrator Level 3 Apprentice Standard The successful candidate will continue their studies with apprenticeship specialists, RNN Group both remotely and from one of their campuses, giving you the flexible training and support you need to become an all-rounded and successful Administrator Fuctional Skills in both maths and English if required What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship We will provide training and support in office administration which will include some finance training and Excel training There will be opportunities to attend courses / gain qualifications in the Energy Efficiency industry with a view to becoming a qualified Energy Assessor. We may also look at any relevant Financial courses.
