£30,960 depending on experience + fantastic benefits
Full Time – 37.5 hrs a week (Monday – Friday shift patterns are 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm)

As a Data Analyst, your role will be concentrating on B2C. You’ll produce and circulate management information on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to assist managers in raising the capability of their teams. You’ll be required to identify any errors to data production and provide appropriate feedback to relevant stakeholders and their managers.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
 1. To produce and circulate management information on a daily / weekly / monthly basis to assist managers in raising the capability of their teams across site.
 2. To understand and analyse customer demand data produced and provide recommendations.
 3. Identify any errors to data production and provide appropriate feedback to relevant managers
 4. To highlight areas of opportunity within the sales business and implement processes to further drive leads into the booking teams.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
 5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
 6. Experience of data analysis, data cleaning, or data manipulation
 7. Strong administration with an analytical mindset
 8. Natural problem solver, good attention to detail, someone who enjoys working with data
 9. Excellent communication skills, ability to work cross functionally and build rapport with stakeholders
 10. Respond to ad-hoc data requests from colleagues and stakeholders
