Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
* Strategic workstream to improve Same Day offering across EU and UK, mainly Quality and Concessions
* Working on innovative initiatives to holistically improve Speed in EU4 and UK
* Responsibility for updating multiple senior stakeholders about the program and latest developments
* Leading monthly reporting on KPIs and projects in the project timeline
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A successful candidate will demonstrate key skills including:
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, and automate work
* Knowledge of operations, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving (e.g., Lean Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints)
* Ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals
* Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes
* Attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Adaptability to a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
* Effective communication skills in both written and spoken forms for stakeholders at various levels
* Willingness to contribute actively and take ownership of tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree
