About Our Client
Sales Administrator (Luxury Brand), West Reading: A smaller business that has been growing for circa 15 years. They are a marketing-leading, luxury end of the market in their sector.
Job Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers on the phone, including high net worth individuals, designers, or project managers.
* Understand customer needs through speaking and listening carefully, and follow up with well-written emails.
* Process quotes, follow up on quotes, encourage purchases, and process invoices.
* Support sales and manufacturing teams.
* Use CRM systems and Excel to analyze data (reasonable Excel skills required).
The Successful Applicant
* Motivated and well-presented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Detail-oriented, providing high-end service to high net worth clients.
* Experience in B2B customer service and/or sales support.
* Highly organized and methodical with a strong client focus.
* Seeking a varied and interesting role with opportunities to develop skills.
* Available to work full-time at their RG8 office (hybrid not available).
* Ideally able to drive, as public transport options are limited.
* Willing to travel to London once a week, fully expensed.
* Good system skills, including a good level of Excel.
What's on Offer
