About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CCF School Staff Instructor and Head of Shooting to join Uppingham School, one of the UKs most respected independent boarding schools.
This key firearms instructor role combines responsibility for leading all shooting activities with ensuring the safe and effective delivery of the Combined Cadet Force (CCF) across Army, Navy, and RAF contingents.
You will act as a central figure in the schools CCF provision supporting cadet development, managing staff and equipment, and ensuring all training and activities meet MOD and school regulations. The post offers a unique opportunity to combine military expertise, teaching, and leadership within a forward-thinking educational environment.
