* Full-time hours available,40 hours per week over 5 dayswith typical shifts of Monday-Friday 9.30-5.30
* Competitive hourly ratefrom£19 per hour
* Multi-surgery specialist Orthodontic practice,caring for both NHS and private patients
* Supportive and collaborative operations managerand business partners,assisting with overall practice growth and management
Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the followingskills and experience:
* healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similarservice-focused background-experience managing a dental practiceorstrong leadership experience as aleaddentalnurseisan added bonus,but not essential
* Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
* Confident working with financials(P&L, KPIs, budgets)
* Focused ondelivering operational excellence: fromfully-functioningequipment and facilities, toa compliant, process-driven practice team
