What's involved with this role: Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Ref: Bournemouth 5280151 Pay rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE Role length: Anticipated 6 - 7 months Working arrangements: Hybrid: mixture of working in the office, as required, and working remotely Additional information: Potential to become permanent The role: We are looking for someone who demonstrates a professional telephone manner, has experience in an inbound contact centre environment, and is confident in managing challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism to be responsible for handling inbound telephone calls and responding to email enquiries across a range of council service areas. Key responsibilities: Handling inbound telephone calls and responding to email enquiries across a range of council service areas, including but not limited to, Waste and Recycling, Homelessness and Housing, Planning and Building Control, School Admissions and Free School Meals, Parks and Open Spaces Manage challenging customer interactions with patience and resilience Maintain accurate records of all customer communications Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to organisational policies and standards What the client is looking for: Professional telephone manner Experience in an inbound contact centre environment Confident in managing challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism Excellent communication and listening skills Confident using IT systems How to Apply: Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
