The Role:
A well-established Building Services consultancy headquartered in Southampton is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer on a contract basis, supporting delivery of a landmark residential tower project in London.
The role will involve leading electrical services design at RIBA Stage 3, with anticipated progression into Stage 4, across a complex mixed-use scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead electrical building services design through RIBA Stage 3 and 4
Design power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, fire alarm, data and communications
Coordinate closely with mechanical and architectural teams
Prepare specifications, drawings and technical reports
Attend and contribute to design and coordination meetings
Key Requirements:
Proven consultancy experience in electrical building services design
Experience on residential, hotel or mixed-use developments
Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations and standards
Familiarity with RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 design delivery
BIM and Revit experience beneficial
