What to expect...
15. Oversee the funeral home, including opening and closing, health & safety checks and maintaining cleanliness.
16. Arranging and administering funeral consultations, memorialisation orders and aftercare services.
17. Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers.
18. Ensure correct care of the deceased, for example, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families.
19. You’ll complete FCA-regulated training to offer and sell pre-paid funeral plans.
20. Represent and support your local community by engaging in local events and activities.
What we're looking for...
21. IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
22. Strong administrative background.
23. Excellent communicator with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
24. Can display resilience and be comfortable working alone in the funeral home.
25. High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.
Training...
26. Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
27. Travel to other sites will be required.
