Role Title: Project Mobilisation Engineer Role Purpose The Project Mobilisation Engineer is to support in planning, coordination and technical execution of the vessel/equipment mobilisations for offshore cable lay, trenching and installation projects. The role plays a critical part in ensuring all technical, logistical, and HSEQ elements of mobilisation are managed efficiently and safely. Key Areas of Responsibility Support the development of mobilisation plans, schedules and method statements in line with project requirements. Coordinate with engineering, logistics, procurement and vessel teams to ensure timely readiness of equipment and materials. Prepare and review mobilisation drawings, deck layouts, lift plans and installation procedures. Attend mobilisation and demobilisation activities on-site, including offshore or in shipyards, as required. Ensure all mobilisation activities comply with internal and client HSEQ standards. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to post-mobilisation reporting and lessons learned. Support risk assessments, toolbox talks and interface meetings before and during mobilisation phases.
