What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group support aligned with individual learning plans Supporting engaging, differentiated lessons across a broad curriculum Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love of learning Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils Supporting the development of communication, social, and life skills Implementing positive behaviour strategies in line with school policies Providing emotional support and helping create a safe, supportive environment Why This Role?
