This is a pivotal role focused on driving new business growth, self-generating high-quality opportunities, and securing long-term contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support the company's continued expansion within the cleaning services sector.
Key Responsibilities - Business Development Manager
1. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the cleaning services market, consistently achieving or exceeding personal sales targets through self-generated, high-quality leads across commercial, industrial, and public sector clients.
2. Own and lead the development of tailored cleaning solutions, overseeing tender submissions, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiations to ensure competitiveness, alignment with client needs, and adherence to company standards and values.
