We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner Team Leader to lead and support the Paraplanners. You'll manage daily operations, drive process improvements, develop team capability, and support strategic initiatives-all while ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
What you'll do:
* Lead, train, and develop a team of Paraplanners
* Standardise and improve processes using tools like Xplan
* Oversee work-flow and performance reviews
* Deliver monthly reporting and support key projects
* Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Knowledge
* Experience in the Financial Services Industry within a support function
* Good understanding of Xplan
* Knowledge of creating and updating processes & procedures
* Experience in staff management, training, coaching a team
Skills & Qualifications
* Current or previous experiences as a Paraplanner for HNW clients, preferably in an Independent firm
* Client focused, delivering a high standard of client service
* Proficient in MS Word/Excel
