PMO Office / Programme Management Officer
PMO Officer - Drive Change and Make an Impact!
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Bath (3 days in office per week)
We're looking for a proactive PMO Officer to join our Business Change team and help deliver exciting transformation projects that make a real difference. If you thrive on organisation, collaboration, and driving results, this is your chance to shine!
What you'll do:
Keep projects on track with strong governance and compliance.
Monitor progress, risks, and budgets across a dynamic portfolio.
Maintain key tools and processes like RAID logs and templates.
Be the go-to person for stakeholder communication and resource planning.
Support financial tracking and business case development.
What we're looking for:
Experience in PMO or change delivery roles.
A natural organiser with sharp attention to detail.
Great communicator who loves problem-solving.
Comfortable juggling priorities in a hybrid working environment.
