Job Description
1. Support the recruiting process.
2. Maintain personnel records from new starts to leavers, support onboarding process and induction.
3. Support payroll topics with salary payments and reporting.
4. Perform time and attendance tasks, including data entry and reporting.
5. Monitor attendance trends and produce reports.
6. Support managing absence reports and control.
7. Stay up to date with employment law.
8. Support disciplinary and grievance issues.
9. Coordinate Associate Survey activities and report progress.
Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR or related field.
11. HR experience in a fast-paced environment or strong understanding of HR processes.
12. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
13. Attention to detail and accuracy.
14. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Knowledge of employment law legislation.
Additional Information
You will be reporting to the HR Manager and would be required to work 37hours per week. The position is temporary for 12-24 months.
