We’re looking for an energetic and highly organised Marketing Executive to join a fast‑paced, award‑winning entertainment business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and convert customers into ticket buyers.
Role
* You will be involved in everything from content creation and email campaigns to reporting and campaign execution, acting as a vital link across the marketing team.
* Creating engaging content across email, digital, and social channels to drive traffic and ticket sales
* Planning and delivering lead generation campaigns, competitions, and giveaways
* Managing and optimising CRM campaigns to improve conversion and retention
* Growing and analysing the customer database, providing actionable insights
* Coordinating content across social platforms and LinkedIn
* Supporting website updates and digital campaigns
* Briefing and managing external freelancers and agencies for creative assets
* Supporting marketing campaigns with ticketing partners and promotional activity
* Producing sales and performance reports to track campaign success
Experience
* Experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
* Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and data
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace
* A proactive mindset, able to spot opportunities and suggest solutions
* Comfortable working across both creative and analytical tasks
* Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is highly desirable
* Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
* Interest in entertainment, events, or immersive experiences is advantageous
