Transport may be provided. The Role Your role is to contribute to the Front of House Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently. The role will be flexibly split between both Loch Ness locations: Aldourie Castle & the Dores Inn. Key Responsibilities Be a role model of WildLand Team work. Align with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements. Deliver a consistent high performance in the Front of House & Guest Experience Function. Partner with Housekeeping and Chef Teams to enhance the overall guest experience. Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience. Fulfil the Housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
