The role is to provide high-quality reporting, planning, and analysis services across all regions for the Global Account. This includes owning the master data for the account across all corporate systems such as TM1 and Adaptive to ensure data is accurate and consistent.
As a key member of the global finance team, you will actively drive regional performance to meet set targets and support sustainable growth through exceptional client service.
The primary responsibility is to support the Global Finance function, working with the Global FD & Regional Leads to ensure timely and well-presented reporting, planning, and analysis that meet client and CBRE needs. This includes managing monthly management reporting, forecasts, planning cycles, AR, reconciliations, headcount reporting, TM support, and adhoc reporting.
The role requires meeting financial contractual requirements and deadlines. It also involves providing cover for the Global Finance Manager when needed.
Client Relationships
* Develop high-quality, effective client relationships in the region.
* Build strong relationships with account management and key client members, acting as a business partner.
* Manage contract governance, understanding terms and conditions to ensure proper cost accounting.
* Assist with client requests promptly and accurately.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, demonstrating credibility.
* Support regional finance leads in monthly client presentations.
* Deliver client budgets and forecasts, collaborating with operations teams to ensure accuracy.
* Coordinate with TM, PJM, and finance teams for accurate reporting.
Financial Reporting
* Oversee team preparation of accurate contract reports aligned with schedules, including P&L results, client reviews, forecasts, and plans.
* Support GWS transformation and client initiatives, aligning with DXC Finance team.
* Liaise with local finance teams for ad-hoc requests and provide financial analysis as needed.
* Ensure accuracy of corporate forecasting and reporting.
Contract and Finance Management
* Review and improve cash flow, margins, and reporting; develop targets and benchmarking processes.
* Drive financial performance, ensuring contractual commitments are met and aligned with global practices.
* Identify savings opportunities and manage overheads for efficiency.
* Build relationships with business leaders and external agencies.
* Conduct site visits focusing on underperforming contracts and promote continuous improvement.
* Communicate operational objectives to contract staff and identify risks and opportunities.
* Support client audits and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Finance Processes and Planning
* Maintain data integrity and develop reporting capabilities to maximize efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across the contract.
* Assist in delivering budgets, management accounts, and forecasts, working with the Global RP&A Manager.
Governance and People Management
* Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and account standards.
* Motivate, develop, and review team resourcing, empowering team members.
