Job Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate the hotel’s food and beverage business activities such as sales, customer services, promotions, etc.
* Ensure customer satisfaction is met through high quality and consistent food standards and services.
* Ensure quality relating to presentation, supervision and control of food & beverage service to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure that mise en place/side station is all set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences.
* Replenish supplies and linen.
* Meet, greet and lead guests to their seats.
* Take food and beverage orders and serve them.
* Present and process payment bills.
* Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
* At least 1 year of working experience in any F&B-related field.
* Outgoing, meticulous and service-oriented.
