Are you a Senior Waking Night Support Worker or Team Leader and looking for unrivalled personal development in a learning disability supported living environment?
Working across several supported living homes in Weston and Clevedon, you will be instrumental in leading a team of Support Workers to deliver care for adults with learning disabilities.

In this role, you will contribute to the management and coordination of a team of support workers through supervisions, spot checks, staff rostering and medication observations.

The Role:
* Assist in the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers
* On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans
* Staff Spot Checks
* Hands-on support work to provide a full range of personal care, Medication Support and assistance with food and fluids.
The Person:
* Background in health and social care as a care or support worker
* Looking personal development and training step up into a senior role
* Must have a valid UK driving licence
