As our next Consumer CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us build the UK’s go-to home improvement marketplace. We are at a pivotal moment. We’re moving beyond one-off transactions to become a trusted, lifelong household partner. CRM is the engine that will unlock this shift. We’re looking for a lifecycle architect to turn our CRM from a campaign-led channel into a high-performance, automated growth engine that keeps homeowners coming back for life. Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on: Architecting the Homeowner Journey: Mapping the end-to-end lifecycle from the first search to the tenth booking, identifying the "aha" moments that drive long-term loyalty. Building Intelligent Automation: Designing and launching sophisticated, multi-channel flows in Braze (Email, Push, In-App, SMS) that react to user behaviour in real-time. Driving Commercial Impact: Moving beyond "opens and clicks" to own the metrics that matter: activation, repeat booking rates, and lifetime value (LTV). Embedding CRM into the Product: Partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure lifecycle thinking is baked into our app, onboarding, and new features from day one. Setting the Standard for Excellence: Establishing the playbooks, experimentation frameworks, and QA standards that allow us to scale our communications without losing quality. It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring: Proven hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing or growth, specifically within marketplaces or digital platforms. High proficiency in Braze (or equivalent) with the ability to build complex, automated multi-channel journeys at scale. A natural comfort with data and attribution; you know exactly how your campaigns move the needle on revenue and retention. Understanding of the "why" behind user behaviour and knowing how to use triggers to drive frequency and trust.
