Responsibilities
* Architect and scale real‑time backend services using Node.js to manage high‑concurrency voice AI workflows and streaming data.

* Optimize system performance and latency for telephony‑based AI responses to ensure a natural, seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
* Has 5+ years of experience building scalable production backend systems specifically with Node.js and distributed architectures.
* Possesses deep knowledge of event‑driven systems, WebSockets, or real‑time streaming within AWS environments.
* Demonstrates a strong ability to own systems end‑to‑end and solve complex integration challenges in regulated or high‑stakes industries.
