Night shifts are worked on a rolling rota as part of a rotating staff team. Part-Time hours available Job Opportunity As a key member of the team you will: · Assist the wider team in implementing positive behaviour plans and routines for our young people · Use strategies to promote healthy sleep and wake patterns. · Help the young people to meet their personal care needs. · Directly support the young people during the night, when required.
