We're opening a beautiful new store at Cotswold Designer Outlet and are looking for a Supervisor who's ready to take the next step in their retail career.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily retail store operations
* Leading by example on the shop floor to deliver standout customer service
* Coaching and motivating the team to exceed sales and service goals
* Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
* Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for opening/closing when needed
What We Look For In a Supervisor:
* You've got experience in a retail supervisor/keyholder role (ideally in fashion or accessories)
* You're confident, reliable, and calm under pressure
* You love retail and bring a genuine passion for delivering great service
* You're a natural team player who brings energy and positivity to every shift
