Job Description
Position: Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Huntingdonshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, day-based
Salary: Around £45,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and safety checks.
* Fault-find and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
* Support basic PLC troubleshooting and fabrication tasks.
* Maintain site facilities, including lighting, plumbing, compressors, and waste systems.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
* Electrical qualifications desirable (e.g., City & Guilds Level 3).
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Flexible approach, with some seasonal demands possible.
