🕒 hours | 4– hr shifts | Occasional nights

We’re supporting a small, friendly residential home in Swanage specialising in dementia and mental health care. This is a warm, family‑style service where staff are genuinely valued, you’ll even get free transport from Poole for every shift.

The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll help lead shifts and ensure residents receive high‑quality, person‑centred care, including:

1. Personal care & daily living support
2. Medication administration (if trained)
3. Supporting & guiding Care Assistants
4. Clear care documentation
5. Promoting dignity, choice & independence
6. Dementia and mental health support

About You

You’ll be a great fit if you:

7. Have Senior Care experience, or strong Care Assistant experience ready to step up
8. Have dementia and/or mental health experience
9. Hold (or are working towards) NVQ Level 2/3
10. Are confident leading shifts
11. Are compassionate, reliable, and flexible for occasional nights
