Responsibilities
:
1. Managing Quantity Surveying duties on projects valued at £7M and above
2. Preparing and submitting monthly valuations/applications for payment
3. Assessing, pricing, and agreeing variations
4. Producing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and chairing CVR review meetings
5. Negotiating subcontract terms and issuing subcontract documentation
6. Valuing subcontract works and issuing payment notices and pay less notices in line with contractual requirements
7. Monitoring project cash flow and supporting credit control activities
About You:
8. A recognised qualification in an MEP or construction-related discipline
9. Forward-thinking, proactive, and detail-oriented
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
11. Highly organised with a structured and methodical approach
12. Commercially astute with a solid understanding of project financial controls
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 DOE
