St Thomas More Catholic School are seeking to appoint a Prayer & Liturgy Coordinator for a January 2026 start. Following the success of our current Lay Chaplain, we wish to continue to inspire and support the spiritual and prayer life of our secondary school, where Christ is firmly at the centre of all that we say and do.

We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic Prayer & Liturgy Coordinator with a genuine passion in supporting the character and wellbeing of students. The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping to shape the experience and development of students. They will have a keen interest in working with young people aged 11 to 18 and have the confidence to support and guide them on their faith journey as well as lead wider opportunities for prayer and reflection.
The successful candidate will be a practising Catholic with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. A background in Education and/or Youth Ministry is not necessary but would be desirable.
