About The Role
A Regional Trainer is required for our Norwich / Great Yarmouth office, supporting multiple sites across East Anglia with frequent travel across the UK. This permanent, full‑time role is central to developing workforce competence, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting safe working practices. It offers an excellent opportunity to build professional capability within a key office of a global organisation undergoing significant growth.
Main Activities
Inducting new employees to the business
Delivering mandatory internal training courses
Delivery of minimum industry training specific to contract requirements
Performing needs assessment to identify training required to ensure compliance
Coordinating training courses
Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
Provide training solutions to operational management
Promote health, safety, and best practice at all times.
Undertake occasional travel as required, including offshore locations
Qualifications & Experience
Required Skills
Scaffold knowledge is essential
Previous experience in the Offshore industry is advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a busy environment
Ability to multi-task and willing to learn
Flexible attitude
Knowledge of IT Programs and software
Highly advantageous to hold the following certification, however further training and development can be provided:
CISRS Advanced Scaffolder
IOSH Managing Safely
First Aid at work
Level 3 Award in delivering training
DONUT Instructor
S-Cape Instructor
Abrasive Wheels train the trainer
RPE face fit tester
NEBOSH General Certificate
Offshore Survival Certification
