This Rotational Development opportunity is designed for high-achieving graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
The program involves completing four five-month rotations over two years, providing you with the chance to explore different aspects of the business and identify your strengths and interests.
Main responsibilities may include:
* Assisting in reporting processes and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
* Supporting regulatory compliance and commercial tracking activities aligned to business objectives.
You will also have the opportunity to engage in cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, innovation, or business integration. This could involve:
* Developing business cases and presenting findings to stakeholders.
* Applying analytical skills to research challenges and identify solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a degree in Engineering (BEng/MEng) or a relevant field and have full rights to work in the UK. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
