Who You Are You are a skilled and diligent HGV Technician based in Trostre Depot, dedicated to maintaining and repairing Council fleet vehicles. Your schedule runs from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3:30pm on Fridays. You have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light or heavy motor vehicle engineering and possess at least a Category B driving licence. What the Job Involves This role involves servicing, inspecting, repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining a range of Council fleet vehicles. You will be responsible for the upkeep of both hydraulic and electrical equipment specific to specialized vehicle bodies. Your attention to detail and technical expertise ensure these vehicles remain operational and up to the highest standard.
