This organisation is seeking a part-time office manager to join their team. They're a small office and are very successful in their field.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the office and ensuring the smooth running of the office. This includes liaising with customers, reception duties, ordering stationery, supporting the MD with booking travel/amodation, responding to queries and being customers' first point of contact. You will also be heavily involved with managing the accounts for the office, including dealing with month and year-end, reporting, budgeting, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, dealing with expenses and some bookkeeping too. You will also have some health and safety and facilities responsibilities too, including handling health and safetypliance, first-aider, fire marshall etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in an office management role will help you to succeed in this role. You are an all-rounder and have experience working with various teams and all aspects of a business, from facilities to accounts to dealing with customers. You're adaptable and confident and a quick learner, where you can pick up new processes and procedures easily. Your PC literate and can use Excel well along with other softwares including Xero. You are a greatmunicator and have an excellent telephone manner. You're self-motivated and can work well under pressure and autonomously.
