Job Title: House Manager - Care Leaving Service
Location: Old Colwyn, Wales
Salary: £33,820.80 - £41,360.80 per year
Working Hours: 2 on 4 off shift pattern with sleep-in after each shift
Service: Supported Living
Service Users: 16-25, Trauma, Vulnerable Young People
Qualifications Required: Level 3 qualification that demonstrates ability to work with young people
Experience in Years Required: Experience working with adults or young people in a supported accommodation home
Employment Type: Permanent

* Number of Beds: 2 Bed

* Location: Old Colwyn, Wales

* Type of YPs: Vulnerable young people transitioning into adulthood, trauma-affected individuals


Who we are looking for...

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager who is strongly committed to supporting young people in a supported accommodation setting. You should be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a can-do attitude, capable of leading a staff team to provide a high level of care. Experience in record keeping, support plans, safeguarding, and administrative duties is essential. You must be flexible, as this role involves shift work, including weekends and sleep-ins.
