GSL Education are seeking a Primary Teacher to join a supportive school in the Killamarsh (S21) area. As a Primary Teacher, you will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of your students, fostering both academic and personal growth. Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher : Plan and deliver stimulating lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to pupils’ needs. Encourage pupils’ confidence, curiosity, and love for learning. Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement. Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture, supporting pupils’ social and emotional development. Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practice. Uphold safeguarding standards and ensure pupil welfare at all times. Requirements for Primary Teacher : UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching primary-aged pupils. Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. Creativity, patience, and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
