We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our supportive, integrated health and social care cluster management team covering Crediton, Moretonhampstead, and Okehampton. You will be leading a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Band 4+3 support workers to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective rehabilitation for our local community. The post holder will be confident in the use of audit and data interpretation, resource management, incident investigation, and contributing to clinical leadership within the service to ensure quality care is provided.

Adaptability and passion for innovation are essential to ensure the team continues to develop in line with the national agenda on Intermediate Care and current best practice. The post holder will need to be able to manage competing priorities and be flexible to the demands of the cluster.

This position is predominantly Monday to Friday, with the expectation to provide evening, weekend, and bank holiday cover when required as part of the on-call rota. The working base can be Crediton Hospital or Okehampton Hospital. The post holder will need access to a vehicle to travel as required across the Crediton, Moretonhampstead, and Okehampton Cluster.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.
