In your role as head chef, you will play a crucial role in kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to high standards, maintain a clean and organised kitchen, and lead the team.
We provide catering for local golf clubs plus frequent event nights and external catering. This role will mostly be based at Fereneze Golf Club.
Responsibilities/skills:
* Culinary experience in similar role
* Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
* Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
* Maintain inventory levels and stock rotation
* Creating weekly specials
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
* Leadership skills and experience in a hospitality setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with supervising, team management, and food production
