What you will be doing
Your primary focus will be securing new clients and winning projects.. You'll work to understand customer needs and create detailed handover documents for our technical team. Alongside new business development, you will manage key accounts and nurture relationships with our existing customer base, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Throughout the sales process, you'll collaborate closely with clients and assist in onboarding them to their new communications solutions.
You will be:
* Following up leads generated from our marketing team with the aim of converting leads into sales opportunities and ultimately orders
* Talking with customers throughout the sales process via phone, face-to-face meetings/ site visits, virtually over MS Teams/Zoom and via Email
* Self generating sales leads from existing customers and potential new customers
* Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* negotiating deals with customers
What do we want from you
* A Driving licence is a must as you will be expected to meet with existing and current customers
* A willingness to communicate effectively with customers & potential customers and our technical team

Unity's sales commission scheme lets you earn a percentage of the profit your sales generate. Your commission rate depends on your chosen base salary, with a set sales-to-salary ratio required to trigger payments. For instance, selecting a £40,000 base salary and hitting target could earn you £11,250 in commission.
