PSM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to work for a Logistics company on the outskirts of Dover. The successful applicant will need to have excellent data entry skills, be accurate and have good computer skills. Duties Include: Processing inbound post Recording transport references on delivery documents Requesting delivery documentation from suppliers to support sales invoicing and credit control functions Liaising with the purchase ledger team and logistics department to ensure proof of deliveries is obtained where required Scanning and recording delivery documentation to the freight management system Providing proof of deliveries to customers according to their specific requirements Maintaining a log of the proof of delivery process Dealing with client queries Hours are 9 am - 5.30 pm, 3 days per week
