What you’ll do Social Media (Primary Focus) Plan, create, and manage content across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Grow and engage our community, from investors and industry insiders to future passengers Oversee paid campaigns to support brand awareness, recruitment, and commercial objectives Track performance and optimise content based on insights and data Events & Activations Support planning and delivery of key industry events, test flight milestones, and high-profile partner announcements Coordinate logistics, collateral, and on-the-ground execution Ensure a consistent brand experience across physical and digital touchpoints Content & Copywriting Contribute to compelling content - from social posts and newsletters to press releases and event materials Assist in shaping messaging for campaigns and launches Ensure consistency in tone and voice across all platforms Support content shoots, working with world-class creatives General admin support across planning and finance What you'll bring 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing/communications role Strong background in social media content creation and community management Experience supporting events and brand activation, especially planning trade shows or large-scale brand activities A confident writer with an eye for design and brand aesthetics Hands-on, resourceful, and flexible, excited to roll up your sleeves and work across a growing team Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow - you're ready to take the next step toward becoming an Account Manager or Marketing Manager Understanding of Adobe suite (desirable) Full, clean driving license What can you expect from us?
