As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 14 multi-skilled technicians covering HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Building, and Refrigeration. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across Property and our trusted external contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing maintenance operations. Management of the CAFM system to deliver against set KPI's. Ensure great maintenance and housekeeping standards are upheld across the estate. Previous Technical Building Services / Maintenance Engineering Experience. Experience in a similar scale hard services facilities or maintenance business. Qualification within health and safety working practices – NEBOSH, IOSH managing safely.
