What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or a talented Commis Chef ready for the next step.
* A passion for producing quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment.
* Ability to champion excellent service through quality food.
* Hands-on approach and active team player with excellent communication skills.
* Creativity and ability to help design and deliver new dishes.
* Strong planning and organizational skills to manage GP and labour controls.
* Proactive in driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
