Location: Home-based covering Wiltshire/Somerset region
Salary: Up to £45k DOE + Company Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle + Expenses

About the Role
Carbon60 are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join one of our exciting water treatment clients. This is a hands-on role involving the maintenance, servicing, and occasional commissioning of water treatment systems at client sites within assigned region with the opportunity for occasional international assignments.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintain systems such as Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters, Water Softeners, and Effluent Treatment Plants.
* Build and manage strong relationships with clients and site operatives.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues both on-site and remotely.
* Complete installation and commissioning tasks (depending on experience).
* Produce accurate service reports and documentation.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety and company policies.
What We're Looking For
* Experienced maintenance engineer with a multi-disciplinary background.
* Previous experience in field service or technical support roles.
* Knowledge of water treatment systems is advantageous.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word).
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
