Permanent, Full Time position (37 hours) - Working across various locations in Bristol.
As part of the development of the Family Hub service in Bristol, we are looking for a self motivated individual with strong administration and organisational skills, to join our service working across the Family Hubs in Bristol.
The Family Hubs and Early Help Support service supports children and families in their communities from a range of sites across our 3 localities. We require a full time Lead Operational Support Officer with a talent for administration and system development and an interest in supporting children and families, to join our service.
You will need strong organisation and administrative skills, an ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills both with users of our services and other key stakeholders. You will use your own initiative to support the work of the service and the wider partnership, developing systems that will support cohesion and consistency across the teams.
You will have excellent IT skills including the use of spreadsheets, data bases, finance processes and ability to take minutes of complex meetings and follow up on actions. You will be flexible in your approach work, willing to work across multiple sites and have an ability to manage competing demands.
