Location: Chesterfield Salary: £95–£110 per day Contract: Full-time / Long-term Start Date: September 2025

We’re placing HLTAs in fantastic schools across Chesterfield who are looking for confident, caring staff to help lead learning and support their pupils day-to-day.
In this role, you’ll:
* Deliver group work and step in for teacher cover when needed
* Lead interventions for literacy, numeracy or SEND
* Support children’s development across the curriculum
* Be an extra pair of expert hands for teaching teams
We’re after someone who:
* Holds HLTA status or has experience in a similar lead TA role
* Is confident managing behaviour and creating structure
* Brings warmth, initiative and a love of learning
* Has a flexible, can-do approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
