The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. This is a high-impact, phone-based role focused on converting warm leads into customers across our full product range.
Your primary mission: contact prospective tenants and landlords who have engaged with our referencing service, identify their needs, and sell the right products to help them secure and protect their tenancy or property.
What You'll Do
* Execute high-volume outbound calling to warm leads generated through our tenant referencing and property services
* Identify sales opportunities across our product suite
* Explain product benefits clearly and address customer questions or concerns
* Handle objections professionally, positioning the right solution for each customer's situation
* Guide customers through the sign-up process and manage your own pipeline through to completion
* Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM
* Achieve ambitious daily and monthly conversion and revenue targets
* Provide feedback to inform product messaging and sales approach
What We're Looking For
Essential
* 1–2 years' proven success in outbound sales or customer-facing roles
* Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets through phone-based selling
* Exceptional phone presence with the ability to engage, persuade, and close
* Self-motivated with high energy and resilience
* Comfortable working in a high-activity, target-driven environment
* Strong CRM discipline and administrative capabilities
Desirable
* Experience in property, lettings, financial services, or insurance sectors
* Understanding of tenant referencing, warranty or guarantor products
* Experience working in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
* Complete product training across our full service range
* Achieve early conversion wins and demonstrate consistent call activity
* Build confidence handling objections and closing deals across multiple products
* Establish productive working rhythm with the wider commercial team
First 12 Months:
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
* Maintain high call activity levels and conversion rates
* Contribute to overall team revenue growth and market share gains
What We Offer
* Competitive base salary (£28,000 - £30,000) & attractive OTE (£35,000)
