Admissions and Enrolment Assistant - Temporary Ref: 160621 Salary: £14.68 to £15.42 per hour Location: Wakefield College Contract: Approximately 8 weeks beginning 10th August 2026 to 2nd October 2026 Hours: 37 hours per week At the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group, we aim to serve the education and skills needs of the Yorkshire region from our Colleges in Castleford, Selby and Wakefield. We are looking for motivated individuals to help out on a temporary basis, during our busy enrolment period, carrying out administrative tasks in relation to student enrolment and admissions. You will: Provide administrative support to the wider enrolment and admissions teams. Accurately input data in relation to College admissions and enrolment processes Respond effectively and efficiently to customer contact via phone, email, and face to face to both prospective students and parents We will require: GCSEs in English and Maths AC / 9-4 or equivalent Experience of accurately inputting data to set procedures Experience of working in a busy office environment An IT qualification, e.g CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent is desirable but not essential If you’re interested, take a look at the Job Description and Person Specification attached, and if this sounds like you, apply now!
